Just because the dress code does not allow tubes, halters, whatever, Don’t complain! It’s a fricken JUNIOR PROM. Thats one of the most memorable nights of high school and when you grow up, you would be telling your sons/daughters, “oh I didn’t go to my junior prom when I was your age because they only allowed dresses with straps on” LAME EXCUSE SO STUPID.
